For local pick-up only, you can apply coupon code: pickup on the final check-out page-make sure to click the apply bottom-and the shipping fee will be removed. Once your order is ready, we will arrange a pick-up time. As only one coupon code can be used at a time, if I'm running a special with a code, you will need to call in your order to have the shipping removed.
Please inspect your order carefully. All of our products are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped.
In the event of damage during shipping, please contact our customer service department within 3 days of receiving your package.
Due to the nature of our product, all sales are final. We will only replace items damaged during shipping.
All orders are shipped from our office in Port St. Lucie, Florida. Orders are shipped via USPS, or Fedex Monday-Friday, except on major holidays. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days unless I'm running an online special, in which case, shipping can take up to 7 business days.
